The road service of the Province of Udine has announced that work will soon begin on completing the southernmost part of the Alpe Adria cycle path. Currently, the cycle path starts in Palmanova and ends in the town of Muscoli.
The financed works will allow the completion of the route between Muscoli and Grado, crossing Cervignano and Aquileia. The work should be ready by the end of September 2009 [source: Messaggero Veneto].
